• Active accounts: While your www jili account is active, we retain all data associated with your account to provide the service and meet our legal obligations.
• Closed accounts: Following account closure, transaction records, identity verification documents, and related data are retained for a minimum of five (5) years in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering requirements (Republic Act 9160, as amended). In practice, the categories of personal data most likely to be subject to cross-border transfer are technical session data used by game software providers to deliver game content. Financial data and identity documents are processed primarily within systems serving the Philippine market.

www jili may send you promotional communications about bonuses, new games, special events, and platform updates via SMS and email. These communications are sent only to players who have provided consent to receive them during registration or through their account settings.
